I really never draw... and I always surprise myself when I actually sit down and do it. It's been about 3 years since I really sat down to draw something. Not bad for being so rusty.
Can you name the famous fictional character who just got stung by a bee?
The poster is for the family reunion Memorial Day Weekend. We will be celebrating PoohPa's birthday and I made this poster so we can play pin the bee on Ferdinand (in loo of pin the tail on the donkey).
The bee's will be little yellow fuzzies glued to push pins with googly eyes and a black stripe. Ferdinand is PoohPa's favorite book to read to the kids. When ever he gets it out they all moan (but I know they really like it and will look back with fond memories of when grandpa read to them).
Well look at you! I don't remember you being an artist. Looks fabulous! I too have put my paints away for a LONG time. I'm starting to crave it. You got me inspired!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenna! I am not an artist. I never drew when I was a kid, I just give it a try every once and a while. I did this with just a poster and black marker (pencil first). I would love to try painting. I think I would want to take a class first. I'm glad you're inspired! Go Get 'em!
